Overview
Managers and Employees were not on the same page when it came to promotional talks.
There was no managerial transparency on how the employee was doing throughout the year and this led to problems with miscommunication, forfeited bonuses, missed promotions and sometimes unearned terminations. This eroded trust within the company which contributed to high turnover.
Managers needed a central hub to track all of their tasks and the individual tasks of their employees to make sure  they were ready for Mid Year and Year End talks.
My Role
Created high-fidelity prototypes for a new web-based enterprise-wide solution for buyers to create, edit, store, and share important process documents such as Buy Sheets, Assortment Sheets, and Purchase Orders.
Collaborated with the core strategy team to create user flow documentation and 100+ prototypes while fleshing out best practices.
Goals
Create a Manager Hub that serves as a dashboard for mangers and managers-of-managers where they can have a 360 degree view of all their respective employees and their performance progress.
Create user flow for the employee and manager segmentations
Work with a dedicated researcher to gather insights into  prospective users on their current journeys and understand the limitations of the current system.

For the manager stakeholders, a manger hub was created to help them keep track of their employees’ contribution input, feedback inputs, and various performance talks criteria.
